Newspaper transcript – Pte. A. F. Young, Rutherglen. Mr John Young, 75 Mill Street, Rutherglen, has received intimation that his son, Private Arch. Fallow Young, Cameron Highlanders, posted missing on April 26, was killed on that date. He was 22 years of age, joined the Army on the outbreak of the war, and was perviously employed as a moulder, with Mr Robert Duncan, Partick.
