Mrs Johnson, Cambuslang Road, Rutherglen, has received intimation that her husband, Private Walter Johnson, Scottish Rifles, was killed in action on November 25, 1917. He was 37 years of age and before enlisting was employed by the Clyde Paper Co.. Rutherglen.
