Newspaper transcript – Pte. A. G. Duncan, Glasgow. Mr and Mrs Geo. Duncan have received official intimation that their son, Pte. A. G. Duncan, Loyal North Lancashire Regiment, attached M.G.C., was killed in action on September 20. Private Duncan resided with his sister, Mrs Linnen, 174 Farmeloan Road, Rutherglen, and before enlisting was employed in John Brown and Son’s Weaving Factory, Bridgeton.
