Newspaper transcript – Mrs Vincent, 71 Chapel Street, Rutherglen, has been advised of the death of her brother Private Francis Craigen in France on September 27. He was only 18 years of age, and joined the Army in December last. Before the war broke out he was employed in Messrs Stewarts and Lloyds, Limited, Rutherglen.
