Newspaper transcript – Rutherglen. Mrs. Dick, 4 Moray Place, Rutherglen, has been officially informed that her son Lance-Corporal James Dick (22) has been killed. He was in the 2nd Lowland Field Coy. Royal Engineers (Territorials).

Also commemorated on the memorial at Stonelaw High School, Rutherglen and in Rutherglen Old Parish Church.
