Newspaper transcript – Private David McLeish, of the 1st Australian Division Expeditionary Force, is reported killed. He resided at 95 Mill Street, Rutherglen, before leaving Scotland. He was a mason to trade. He was a brother of Mrs Kerr, Mill Street, Rutherglen. Who has one son killed and another wounded.
